2027 calendar printable – portrait or landscape, Letter or A4
One 2027 calendar, four ways to print it: tall or wide, on US Letter or A4. It opens in portrait so you can see the tall layout; switch “Page shape” to compare. Under the calendar are the paper sizes side by side, what each layout does to the twelve months, and the print settings that keep the edges from being cut off. Want it on your desktop? Letter or A4, tall or wide
| Paper | Size | Usually found in |
|---|---|---|
| US Letter | 8.5 × 11 in (215.9 × 279.4 mm) | United States, Canada |
| A4 | 8.27 × 11.69 in (210 × 297 mm) | Most other countries, including the UK and Australia |
A4 is about 6 mm narrower and 18 mm taller than Letter. Sprinkle Calendar redraws the sheet for the paper you pick, so nothing is stretched. Choose the paper that is actually in your printer; if you pick the wrong one, the printer may shrink the page and leave wide margins.
How the twelve months are arranged
- Wide (landscape): four columns by three rows of months, January at top left. Best for a desk pad, a pinboard or a wall.
- Tall (portrait): three columns by four rows. Best for a binder, a fridge door or a notebook cover.
- Simple frame style: plain months inside a frame, with the twelve pictures sitting on the frame line. Works in both shapes.
Tall or wide for a month you want to write on
Each month page can also be printed portrait or landscape. Landscape gives day boxes that are wider than they are tall, which suits short notes. With the “With notes” layout, portrait stacks the month grid above a lined notes box, which suits lists. In 2027, 3 months need six week rows with a Sunday start (2 months with a Monday start), and those are the months where the day boxes get a little shorter.
Print settings that avoid cut-off edges
- Press Print / Save PDF and make sure the paper size in the print window matches the one you chose here.
- Set margins to “None” (or “Default” if your printer cannot print to the edge) and scale to 100% or “Fit to page”.
- Leave “Headers and footers” off, so the page title and web address do not print on the sheet.
- Turn on “Background graphics” if your browser offers it, so the pastel colours print.
- Short on ink? Tick “Ink saver” above for a white background, or “Coloring page” for outlines.
Prefer a PDF? Choose “Save as PDF” as the destination. The file is made on your device and nothing is uploaded. Want the weeks to start on Monday? See the Monday-start calendar.
Frequently asked questions
- Should I print the 2027 calendar in portrait or landscape? Landscape puts the months in four columns by three rows; portrait uses three columns by four rows. Pick landscape for a desk or wall, portrait for a binder or fridge.
- Does it work with A4 and US Letter? Yes. Choose “Paper size” and the sheet is redrawn for that paper.
- Why are there margins around my printout? Most printers cannot print to the very edge. Set margins to “None” or “Default” and check that the paper size in the print window matches your paper.
