The short version

• The plans you type are saved only in your own browser on your device. We never receive them.
• We use cookie-free analytics that count visits but do not identify you.
• No ads and no third-party trackers.

Your notes

When you type on a calendar, your notes and settings are stored in your browser’s local storage on your device. They are not sent to us or anyone else. If you clear your browser data or use a different device or browser, the notes will not be there. Links you copy with “Copy link” contain only the month and design, never your notes.

Information collected automatically

Our site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like most websites, Cloudflare processes standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see which pages and designs are popular. It does not use cookies or local storage for tracking, does not follow you across other websites, and only shows us totals such as page views, countries and device types. We cannot identify you from it.

Fonts are served from our own site, so loading a page does not contact font providers.

Legal basis (EU/UK visitors)

We process the limited technical information above based on our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website and understanding how it is used. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Children

Sprinkle Calendar is made for everyone, including families and classrooms. We do not ask for, or knowingly collect, personal information from anyone, including children.

Your choices

You can delete your saved notes at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings. If you have a question or request about your information, contact us at the address below.

Changes

If we change how the site works (for example, if we ever add advertising), we will update this page before the change and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent. The date at the top shows the latest version.
